A new hostile animal has been introduced in the “Frog Invasion” update. These aggressive frogs will attack on sight, using their long tongues to inflict both immediate damage and a lasting poison effect on the player.
A Hierarchy of Hoppers
Players will encounter four different types of frogs, each more powerful than the last. They are ranked below from weakest to strongest.

A Multiplying Menace
These new enemies have a unique spawning mechanic. When a frog is killed, it divides into two frogs of the next weaker type. For instance, defeating a Purple Frog will spawn two Blue Frogs, and a Blue Frog will, in turn, spawn two Green Frogs. The Green Frog is the only exception; it simply drops a morsel of meat upon death. Additionally, all frog types have a chance to drop a coveted Frog Key.
The Frog King’s Chamber
After collecting eight Frog Keys through either combat or fishing, players can unlock the entrance to the Frog King’s chamber, a secret area found beneath a large whirlpool. Inside, they must survive a challenging wave-based encounter, similar to the game’s “Mothership” event, culminating in a battle with the Frog King himself. Victory allows players to open a special Frog Chest, which can contain new themed loot such as poison armor, a blowdart, and frog boots.
