The Meteor Shower Update (Volcanic Biome Part 3) continues the lava storyline in 99 Nights in the Forest. Prepare for fiery skies, crashing meteors, new environmental dangers, rare loot, and hidden secrets. Accompanying this release, the Update Party / Admin Abuse event brings thrilling chaos, powerful mobs, exclusive rewards, and free gems for all participants.

Locations

The Meteor Shower Update introduces two new locations: the Meteor Crater, a fiery biome filled with Meteor Crabs and rare variants, and the Meteor Tool Workshop, a dangerous structure that replaces the regular Tool Workshop during the event.

Around seven craters spawn per game, each with a 25% chance to appear as one of four variants: small obsidiron, large obsidiron, small lava, or large lava. Every crater spawns with one Meteor Crab, or two if it’s a large variant.
Meteor Anvil/ Forge/ Tool WorkshopThe Meteor Tool Workshop, also called the Damaged Tool Workshop, is a unique and hazardous Structure that replaces the regular Tool Workshop during the Meteor Shower Update in 99 Nights in the Forest.

The Meteor Crab is a hostile creature introduced during the Meteor Shower Update in 99 Nights in the Forest.

Meteor CrabA fiery menace born from falling meteors, the Meteor Crab appears within Meteor Craters and the Meteor Tool Workshop. When the message “The sky is on fire” appears, multiple meteors crash down, spawning these crabs within smoky, gray crystal impact sites. They drop “Morsel?” upon defeat — a slightly discolored version of regular Morsel with no functional differences. Visually, the Meteor Crab features a blocky charcoal body, a dark crimson shell, sharp claws, and glowing orange eyes.
