Method 1: Crafting at the Tool Workshop (Free-to-Play Route)
If you do not want to spend your hard-earned Diamonds on premium classes, you can forge the Hammer manually during your run. This requires locating the Tool Workshop and repairing the Anvil.
1. Upgrade Campfire and Find the Workshop: Requires Campfire Level 2.
First, upgrade your main Campfire to Level 2. This triggers the Tool Workshop to spawn on the map. Locate the building—its entrances will be blocked by wooden doors. Equip an Axe to chop down the barricades and enter.
2. Clear the Enemies and Rebuild the Anvil: Collect 3 Anvil Pieces.
The Tool Workshop is guarded by difficult Cultist enemies. After clearing them out, search all three floors of the building. You will find one Anvil piece on each floor. Drag all three pieces to the glowing outline in the center of the bottom floor to rebuild the Anvil.
3. Craft the Hammer: Costs 5 Logs and 5 Scrap.
